Guest Lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto, since September 2020, where he teaches the courses of European Union Law, Criminal Procedure I, and Criminal Law. He also collaborated in the Introduction to Law curricular unit.
Collaborator Researcher at the Centre for Interdisciplinary Research on Justice (CIJ) since January 2022.
Master’s degree in Law (2020) from the same institution with a specialization in Legal and Political Sciences, having defended the dissertation entitled «The Digital Age and the Democratic Rule of Law in the European Union».
Bachelor’s degree in Law (2018) from the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto.
Associated Lawyer at Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão since 2018. He works mostly in the following areas of legal practice: labour, private, and corporate law.
Main areas of interest: European Union Law, Constitutional Law, Fundamental Rights, and Procedural Law.
