Masters in Law (civil law) from the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto in 2012, with the final grade of 18.
PhD in Law from the same Faculty in 2017, with the maximum classification of Oporto University.
Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law of Oporto University.
Member of CIJ (Center for Legal Research), unit of research and development integrated at the Faculty of Law of Oporto University.
Member of the Portuguese Bar Association, as Lawyer, since 2010.
Languages: Portuguese, English, Italian and German.
He is national defense auditor (2017/2018).
Fernando is an associate at CCSM with main area of practice in dispute resolution. He frequently advises clients in court and arbitral disputes related with civil and commercial contracts, companies, international transactions, joint-ventures and M&A.
