Prof. Doctor Maria Regina Redinha has conducted her research in the area of ​​Labour Law, particularly in the various conformations of the contractual relationship of labour, the rights of personality of the worker, the law of equality and the flexibility of labour relations. She is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto and has a degree in Law and a master's degree in Legal-Economic Sciences from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra. She is a founding member of the Labour Studies Association and is on the board of the magazine “Labour Issues”. She is also a member of APODIT-Portuguese Association of Labor Law, integrating the respective board.


Prof. Doctor Maria Raquel Guimarães holds a PhD in Civil Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto, Master in Legal and Business Sciences from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra and a postgraduate degree in Banking Law from the University of Salamanca. She is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto. She is the General Editor of RED — Revista Electrónica de Direito. She is also  a member of ELI, SECOLA and IDADFE.
 

Prof. Doctor Fernando Silva Pereira is a researcher in the area of ​​Civil Law, in particular Procedural Law. He is a guest assistant professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto, where he graduated and obtnaied his PhD. He is also a lawyer.
