Prof. Doctor Maria Regina Redinha has conducted her research in the area of Labour Law, particularly in the various conformations of the contractual relationship of labour, the rights of personality of the worker, the law of equality and the flexibility of labour relations. She is a guest assistant at the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto and has a degree in Law and a master's degree in Legal-Economic Sciences from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra. He is a founding member of the Labour Studies Association and is on the board of the magazine “Labour Issues”. She is also a member of APODIT-Portuguese Association of Labor Law, integrating the respective board.
Prof. Doctor Maria Raquel Guimarães holds a PhD in Civil Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto, Master in Legal and Business Sciences from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra and a postgraduate degree in Banking Law from the University of Salamanca. She is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto. She is a researcher at the Grupo de Investigación Reconocido sobre Derecho de las Nuevas Tecnologias y Delincuencia Informática from Valladolid University, as well as CIJE, and a member of ELI, SECOLA, REDPEC and IDADFE.
Prof. Doctor Rute Teixeira Pedro is a researcher in the area of Civil Law, in particular the Law of Obligations and the Law of Family and Successions. She is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto, where she graduated and obtnaied her PhD, and a master's degree in Legal-Civil Sciences from the Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University. She was a fellow of the Max-Planck-Institut für ausländisches und internationalisches Privatrecht and the Foundation for Science and Technology.
