Prof. Dr. Maria Regina Redinha has focused her research in the area of Labour Law, particularly in the various conformations of the contractual relationship of labour, the rights of personality of the worker, the law of equality and the flexibility of labour relations. She is a guest assistant at the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto and has a degree in Law and a master's degree in Legal-Economic Sciences from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra. She is a founding member of the "Associação de Estudos Laborais" and is on the board of the journal “Questões Laborais”. She is also a member of "APODIT-Associação Portuguesa de Direito do Trabalho", integrating the respective board.
Prof. PhD Maria Raquel Guimarães holds a PhD in Civil Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto, Master in Legal and Business Sciences from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra and a postgraduate degree in Banking Law from the University of Salamanca. She is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto. She is a researcher at the "Grupo de Investigación Reconocido sobre Derecho de las Nuevas Tecnologias y Delincuencia Informática" at the University of Valladolid, as well as CIJE, and a member of ELI, SECOLA, REDPEC and IDADFE.
Prof. Dr. Rute Teixeira Pedro is dedicated to the area of Civil Law, in particular the Law of Obligations and the Law of Family and Successions. She is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto, where she graduated and obtained a PhD, and a master's degree in Legal-Civil Sciences from the Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University. She was a fellow of the "Max-Planck-Institut für ausländisches und internationalisches Privatrecht" and the "Fundação para Ciência e Tecnologia".
