As part of the international scientific project “Contemporary Challenges of Administrative Justice”, inserted in the “Administrative Law” line of the Centro de Investigação Interdisciplinar em Justiça (CIJ) of the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto, and coordinated by Prof. Doctor Juliana Ferraz Coutinho, Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto and Researcher at CIJ and Prof. Doctor Ricardo Perlingeiro, Federal Judge, University Professor and Coordinator of the Graduate Programs “Administrative Justice” and “Sociology and Law” of the Faculty of Law Fluminense Federal University, held on May 8-12, at the Fluminense Federal University Law School:
- a conference on the theme “The Portuguese Administrative Law system: can we still talk about a French-type executive administration system?";
- a short course for masters and doctoral students on the “Fundamental Principles of Administrative Procedure and Procedure in Portuguese Law”.

The Conference and the Short Course were attended by, as speaker and teacher, Prof. Doctor Juliana Ferraz Coutinho.
